We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant to support our management team in day-to-day administrative tasks in our Poznań office.

What are your day to day tasks?

• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, booking travel arrangements, and managing calendars
• Organize and maintain invoices, expenses and documents
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone calls
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees
• Provide general support to the team as needed
• Assisting with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed
• Running errands and handling personal tasks as required

What do you need to have?

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, English proficiency (B2)
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience with HR-related tasks is a plus
• Willingness to work flexible hours and be available for occasional travel
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Driving license (cat. B)
• Ability to work in our office in Poznań

Rabid Rat Studio is seeking an experienced 3D animator who shall support our studio in realistic and cartoon-style animations.
The part you will play includes hand keyframe animation of human and animal characters, asset and prop animation as well as creation of blocking and layout.

What do we require from you?

• a minimum of 2 years of experience in CG industry

• very good command of Maya
• creativity and communication skills
• sense of movement, dynamics, timing and rhythm

Rabid Rat Studio is seeking an experienced Houdini Generalist who shall support our studio in realistic and cartoon-style 3D projects.
The part you will play includes scene assembly, lighting, texturing and rendering as well as procedural asset creation and FX.

What do we require from you?

• a minimum of 2 years of experience in CG industry
• showreel
• very good command of Houdini and Redshift
• great eye for light and textures
• familiarity with 3D production pipeline and ability to take part in, to some degree, each development stage
• creativity and communication skills
• sense of aesthetics and proportions

Rabid Rat Studio is seeking an experienced Modeler/Sculptor who shall support our studio in realistic and cartoon-style 3D models.
The part you will play includes sculpting human and animal characters, modeling props and assets, both realistic and stylized.
Your task would consist of modeling, sculpting, retopologizing, preparing UVs for low and high poly assets.

What do we require from you?

• a minimum of 2 years of experience in CG industry
• showreel/portfolio
• very good command of one of the modeling and sculpting softwares (Maya/Max/Blender/Zbrush etc.)
• great eye for detail, scale and proportions
• creativity and communication skills

Pluses:

• PBR texturing skills
• basic knowledge of shading and lighting

Rabid Rat Studio is seeking an experienced 3D generalist who shall support our studio in realistic and cartoon-style animations. The part you will play includes hand keyframe animation of human and animal characters, motion graphics as well as 3D modeling, sculpting and texturing of organic and hard-surface objects.

What do we require from you?

• a minimum of 2 years of experience in CG industry
• showreel
• very good command of Maya
• good command of one of the sculpting packages (preferred Zbrush)
• some experience in Substance Painter and PBR shader workflow
• familiarity with 3D production pipeline and ability to take part in, to some degree, each development stage
• eagerness to learn and self-develop
• creativity and communication skills
• sense of proportion and aesthetics
• availability to work in-office, in our Poznan studio
